Red Russian Kale has a blue-green wavy leaf with a red-purple stem and vein. It is very sweet and tender in comparison to most kales. It can be picked young and eaten raw as baby-leaf or grown as mature plants. It is frost hardy and the colour darkens in the colder months.
Grown without pesticides or herbicides here at Lackan Cottage Farm, all our produce is picked fresh to order before you collect it.
