Although this week has been largely horse oriented, I found time to get a patch of the roof wire brushed and painted, and the solar panel frame bolted up onto the roof. The rusty, flaking old tin comes up rather well, as you can see here. If we ever get a rain free day, I’ll be able to get the plumbing finished and test it all out. With any luck Len is coming to do the flashing on the chimneys next week and we’ll be able to get the roof tidied up and finished..
